At Seafolly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all unworn swimwear and apparel with original tags and hygiene seals intact. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, returns cannot be accepted if the protective seal has been removed.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Seafolly tags and hygiene stickers are firmly attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
